🇦🇼 Aruba: ED Card (Embarkation & Disembarkation Card)

Select the date on which you will arrive in Aruba. The form displays dates as DD.MM.YYYY.

Choose No if you are visiting as a tourist and are not an Aruba resident.

Upload the passport bio page or capture it with the device camera. JPEG, JPG, PNG, HEIC and GIF are supported, and the full machine-readable zone (MRZ) at the bottom must be clearly visible.

Check the scanned value against the passport. If manual entry is available, enter the number without spaces or extra symbols.

Enter the passport expiry date in DD.MM.YYYY format.

Copy every surname exactly as printed on the passport bio page.

Enter every given name in the same spelling and order as in the passport.

Select the nationality stated in the passport used for this trip.

Enter the date of birth in DD.MM.YYYY format.

Choose Male, Female or Other(s), as applicable.

Select the country of birth that corresponds to your passport details.

Select the country from which you travel directly to Aruba. After a connection, use the country of the final airport or port before Aruba.

Choose Air for air travel or Sea for sea travel. The next required fields change according to this choice.

For arrival, select the airline operating the final flight to Aruba; for departure, select the airline operating the flight from Aruba.

Select the actual arrival or departure flight. For a connecting itinerary, use the final flight into Aruba.

This field appears when Sea is selected. Enter the name of the cruise ship or other vessel on which you arrive.

Select your planned departure date in DD.MM.YYYY format.

Select the country where you normally live, not the destination of the current trip.

Enter the postal code for your permanent residential address.

Select the administrative region of your permanent residence.

Enter the city of your permanent residence.

Enter the street name for your permanent residential address.

Enter the house or building number separately from the street name.

Enter any addition to the house number when applicable; otherwise leave it blank.

Choose the option that best describes your current occupation or employment status.

Select the actual purpose of the trip. For an ordinary holiday, choose the tourism option provided by the form.

Choose Yes if you hold another citizenship in addition to the one already stated, or No if you do not.

Use this button to add another traveller. An ED Card is required for every passenger, including infants and children; check the Total Travelers count after adding everyone.

Select the truthful number or range. Choose the option indicating no previous visits when this is your first trip.

Select how the trip was actually booked, such as directly, through a travel agency or tour operator, or through an online service, according to the available choices.

Choose the source that best describes how you discovered the destination, such as online media, social media, a recommendation or advertising.

Select the closest available reason. This is a visitor-statistics question, so choose the option that best reflects the trip.

Select the actual type of the first place of stay in Aruba, such as a hotel, apartment, private home or a host's residence.

Enter an active email address. The successful submission confirmation is sent by email.

Enter the same email address again without differences or extra spaces.

Before submission, compare the names, passport details, arrival and departure dates and services, address, purpose of visit and email with the source documents.

Acknowledge that cash above Afl. 20,000 or USD 11,000 must be declared to Customs; drugs, including medicinal marijuana, are illegal; exporting Aruban sand and importing or exporting seashells are prohibited; and all submitted information is truthful.

When the Sustainability Fee applies, enter the card number only on the official portal. The portal lists Visa, Mastercard and Discover as supported cards.

Enter the three-digit CVV from the back of the card and never provide it outside the official edcardaruba.aw domain.

Select the expiry month and year shown on the payment card.

The fee is USD 20 per passenger for most visitors arriving by air. Exemptions may cover residents, children under 8, repeat visitors who already paid during the same calendar year and certain Aruban students; rely on the amount calculated by the official portal.

Check the total, pay any applicable fee and submit the application. Keep the page open until the submission result appears.
