How to complete All Indonesia Arrival Declaration for Indonesia?

Foreign Visitor
Select this when entering on a non-Indonesian passport.
Individual / Group
A family or party can select Group, but must scan or enter each member's own passport.
Full Name
Copy all given names and surname exactly as shown in the passport machine-readable zone.

Check the date format shown by the form.
Nationality
Select the nationality shown in the passport used for entry.
Passport Number
Enter it without extra symbols; use each group member's own passport.
Arrival Date
Enter the calendar date on which you physically arrive in Indonesia.

Choose air or sea to match the ticket.
Flight / Vessel Number
Use the final international service that brings you directly into Indonesia.
Purpose of Visit
A holiday traveller normally selects Tourism / Holiday when offered.
Final Destination
Enter the city or region where you will stay, not a transit airport.
Address in Indonesia
Enter the full address of your first hotel, villa or other accommodation.
Countries Visited in the Last 21 Days
Include every country visited or transited during the stated period.
Health Declaration
Answer current symptom and related questions truthfully for health screening.
Animals, Fish, Plants and Their Products
Select Yes when carrying any such commodity or product and provide the requested details.
Accompanied Baggage
Enter the number of baggage pieces arriving with you.
Unaccompanied Baggage
Declare baggage shipped as cargo or arriving separately.
Goods to Declare
Answer factually about goods above allowances or goods not solely for personal use.
Cash and/or Bearer Negotiable Instruments
Declare a combined value of IDR 100,000,000 or more, or its foreign-currency equivalent.
Excise Goods
Declare alcohol and tobacco when quantities exceed the duty-free allowance.
Mobile Phone, Handheld Computer or Tablet (IMEI)
Report eligible devices bought abroad when Indonesian mobile-network use and IMEI registration are required.
After submission
Save the single QR code offline or take a screenshot. Present it during immigration, quarantine and customs inspection. Group members should remain together until all checks are complete.
Questions and answers
Do tourists need the Indonesia arrival card?
Yes. Since 1 October 2025, All Indonesia has been mandatory for every passenger arriving from abroad, including foreign visitors and Indonesian citizens.
When should the Indonesia arrival card be submitted?
It opens three days before arrival and remains available on the arrival date. Submitting before boarding is recommended.
Can one declaration cover a family?
Yes. Group submission is available, but every member's passport and details must be entered separately. The lead traveller's QR code is sufficient when the group completes inspection together.
Should the confirmation be printed?
No printed copy is stated as mandatory in the official guidance. Save the QR code so it remains accessible without internet.
Is a separate e-CD still required?
Not for air or sea arrivals: the customs declaration is integrated into All Indonesia. Separate e-CD procedures remain for specified land-border cases.
How much does All Indonesia cost?
The declaration is free. The official website is allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id.
