Use the date shown on the ticket.

Enter the actual number of days in the itinerary.

Select the registered property matching the booking.
Country of Residence
Enter the country where you live, which may differ from nationality.
Health Information
Answer the health questions shown for the current journey accurately.
After submission
Save the QR code or declaration number. The Traveller Declaration is free, is not a visa and applies only to the declared arrival or departure.
